Looks like the Ainmhi race (kinda hard to miss the best catgirls in the modding community) coupled with Exnem's Eyecandy body, and I'd bet money that Ren's Beautiful People is being used as well. The pose comes from Actors In Charge. The only thing I can't positively ID is the garters (or whatever those are). All of those can be found at http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/TopRated.php?content=oblivionmods
It always amuses me how people install tons of those beauty mods when they change little in the gameplay. Sure, it's nice to be able to strip a bandit and see the curves, but other than that there is no point. Mods like deadly reflex add much more to the game.
I've got to agree with Cetedus. Deadly Reflex made Oblivion for the PC for me. It was so awesome, to be able to behead a Draemora or chop a bandits arms off. And horse mounted combat was a plus, even if it wasn't exactly bug-free and perfect.
I don't know what Bethesda was thinking when they didn't make mounted combat a possibility. That should've been done =\

Never underestimate the appeal of pixellated boobs to people who desperately need to get a girlfriend. :P
But man does this bring back memories. I remember at the height of my Oblivion "career" I must've had something like 300+ mods of pretty much every type in existence going all at once. Chewed gigs like nobody's business but it was worth it for stuff like Deadly Reflexes; some of those quest mods, stuff like The Butcher of Armendale, was made better than most of the stuff Bethesda put into the game.
