I believe the reference to "the count" that's question-marked in the fourth panel is a mention of Waltrud Krupinski - not only because it's a smutty book, which is completely in character, but also because Walter Krupinski's nickname among pilots was "The Count" or "Count Punski" (in German, "Der Graf"/"Graf Punski"), after a conversation in which it came out that the "-ski" suffix used to indicate a landowning family. It would therefore follow that Waltrud's colleagues call her Grafin (Countess).
