Ah ok thanks for adding and translating the commentary. It's pretty cool to see that Hickok45 even has fans in Japan.
And I think you're correct about the model of the Glock. It definitely appears to be a subcompact, and the only one of the subcompacts with a standard magazine that sticks out that far below the magwell is the G30. I definitely can't read the text on the one in the picture.
Japan seems to have really embraced some of American gun culture.
They've always embraced it I think. Gun tourism is rising (as in they come to the US to have range days) and of course, the attention to detail firearms get in anime is sometimes uber-realistic. Like if someone animated an Oleg Volk photoshoot.
