Considering she calls herself "ore" and claims to be a divine spirit, I'm going to say this is a case of a male god using a female host body. Probably some Greco-Roman god.
Fate's just gonna do anything to genderswap anyone these days.
Caenis, a woman who was granted the wish to become a man after being violated by Poseidon, becoming Caeneus. This Lancer when summoned appears as she was before becoming Caeneus, ergo, you're summoning Caenis.
So technically not yet another case of genderswapping in the style of Artoria, Mordred or Nero.

not every female who uses "ore" is actually a guy.

1) it's been 2 months since I've posted that, before Caenis's identity was revealed. 2) Caenis's use of "ore" is still rooted in the fact that she thinks she is a male. 3) Not all females who use "ore" are actually male in their head, but the pronoun still is very strongly associated with the desire to appear masculine. It would be like if a man wears a (non-kilt)skirt, he is intentionally putting on a feminine appearance. Ergo I don't understand what your issue is if I am using her pronoun of preference as a basis for guessing the gender of her supposed identity.

There are these types of girls, they, I think, are called tomboys, they generally don't use their feminine pronouns, are they actually guys?

Does that not equate tomboys? And no, Caenis's case is not because she is a tomboy, it is because she is literally convinced she still is a man. Ergo what any other girls' reason for using "ore" should otherwise be irrelevant to this conversation to begin with.
Take your time to read what the other person said before making a fool of yourself, please.
I really hate when internet arguments goes on not because someone can reach an agreement but because someone just has to tl;dr everything. If you don't wanna engage a conversation, don't engage a conversation.
