Umm... I'm not sure if this counts as entirely depressing or just half-depressing. I mean, she's alive and married to the guy she likes, and possibly being taken off active duty, so while being an amputee sucks, this could fall in the "bittersweet" territory rather than the "everything is suffering" one that Soul-Crushingly Depressing tends to go for.

Agreed. It certainly has somber notes, but hospitalized or not, they still have each other, and no missing ring is going to keep them apart either.

I'd say put it in, "Almost Heart Warming" because at first it looks happy because she gets a ring. But also, "Heart Breaking" because she lost her arm and the ring which was very important to her.

Surely "Heart Warming" / "Almost Heart Warming" / "Almost Heart Breaking" / "Heart Breaking" should be mutually exclusive.
Like, something is "Almost Heart Warming" because something "Heart Breaking" happened at the end.
Based on the panel progression, "Almost Heart Warming" definitely fit this one best.
Not fitting for almost heart-breaking. This is heartbreaking, if anything.
I disagree. This isn't bad enough to crush your soul. She still has the admiral's love, she's still alive, and she's still relatively well. It'd be soul-crushingly bad if she went Johnny Got His Gun.

Maybe if there's a second chapter explicitly saying that, but since there's none I'd say it should be either "heartbreaking" or "almost-heartwarming", and I lean more with the former since the heartwarming part is so short by comparison.
