I don't think either of the images count as jealousy. Rival-chan just looks to be upset at the newbie for acting unprofessional, rather than her non-existent feelings for senpai. If it's such a big deal to her, she would behave a lot differently around Douki-chan.
If anything, she seems like the sort to ship this girl with senpai so she can have Douki-chan all to herself.

I feel as if Rival-chan feels she's in a fair fight with Douki-chan - they're playing the same game in the same way. And yes, perhaps she has some feelings for Douki-chan as well.
Intern-chan isn't playing the same game. She's pure innocent guile. And that can't be allowed.

I thought the Rival chick was lesbian to the other girl or something. If so, wouldn't this be a happy ending for all. Unless...the male character is gay or something. Oooh, what an interest twist that will be.

But all in all the whole story confuses me.
Rival-chan has had a couple ambiguous moments with Douki-chan (landing in her lap when going for the bouquet a wedding, and waking up naked in her bed and being all blushy about it after they'd both been drinking, are the incidents I can remember); it's reasonable to speculate that Rival-chan has an interest in Douki-chan, but it's far from certain.
What is certain is that Rival-chan is interested in sempai.
(I have a slightly different speculation on why she's so hostile toward Intern-chan. Rival-chan thinks she's doing pretty well in stealing sempai away from Douki-chan, and fully believes she'd eventually win. The new girl is a threat - as I've mentioned previously, she's guilelessly calling sempai "onii-san" and, in this image, apparently oblivious in giving him a downblouse. Rival-chan clearly thinks this needs to be nipped in the bud.)
One of my exes once told me "if there's one thing a woman who puts a lot of effort into being charming and charismatic hates more than anything, it's another woman who does it without trying." I think that's likely the mindset here. Not to mention that Intern-chan is probably quite a bit younger than our heroines, so there's likely some envy on that front as well.

Hypocritical pretentious women hate those who are not like themselves. Noted.
