Because it's an escapist fantasy, like most romance manga, would be my guess. It's pretty rare that we see actual solid reasons for the heroine(s) to love MC-kun.

I think the reason why she invited both Otaku and Osanai is that Kinjyou obviously knew something was up between the two and wanted to patch things up between the two of them. The fact that in the previous page that she called out Otaku for thinking about Osanai during the movie instead of her, she isn't stupid and could easily tell that something had happened and wanted to nip the problem in the bud before it festered into something much more. I also believe that they all talk to each other in some capacity, so its not like Otaku can easily slip a fast one between all four of the girls and try to date them all. Its going to be interesting where Knjyou is going to take this, if shes going to simply friend zone Otaku or maybe get to know him a bit more.

Yeah, I'm with DarkUltima on this one. I don't think this is nearly enough to conclusively say that Kinjyou has any romantic feelings for Otaku. If anything, this is probably indicative that she's starting to put two and two together about what the problem between Otaku and Osanai might be and is trying to fix it (which is what this entire little arc with her has felt like to me). She's trying to smooth the way toward Otaku being honest about his feelings, whatever they might be, to help him sort through them. Which, after the browbeating (that he also needed) from Hime, is something he really needed. It's kind of up to Otaku where this goes from here.
Otaku: "honestly? I've fapped to you so many times I've convinced myself that I love you but after spending time with both you and my other senpai i realized my attraction was most likely lust and now I'm having conflicting feelings over whether I'm a good person or not and if I have time to correct my mistakes"
I know it's a longshot but let me have hope damn it!
"Honestly? You have been of my personal interest from the very beginning. However, because of some 4th wall shenanigans frustrated they won't ever meet a rich beautiful otaku gamer like me, they want to join me with a dishonest girl that approached as only a friend. Now they expect my feelings (or the author's) to change because they think of her as some lottery ticket big prize at the lowest self effort gain possible".

This. I would not be surprised if Osanai dropped a hint à la "I think he'd appreciate it more if it was just you two" towards Kinjyou after rejecting the invitation, making her put two and two together. From where I stand, Kinjyou is also probably the most emotionally mature of all the characters (save maybe Otaku's mom).
It's clear she likes Otaku-kun in some capacity, but unlike Osanai and Otomore her attitude towards him seems more like friendship (although Osanai started out as friendly as well and we've seen those feelings change over time* towards a more romantic interest) and tbh I kinda want things to go down this route, at the very least, Otaku needs to sort out that conflict he has between the girl he's been having a hyperfixated crush on and the girl whom he genuinely seems to like.
Seemed to me he always liked her as a friend, not romantically.
I don't really know about that anymore. Initially, for sure, but I think he's at the point where his feelings towards Osanai are shifting away from casual friendship and towards something deeper to the point he's afraid of the rift forming between them. The scene a few images ago shows he misses her, he misses them hanging out and he's become insecure in the face of the moment he should - at least in theory - be extremely elated when his crush finally asks him out.
Aunt Edith says the following images proved my point.
