All right, I didn't say I was invincible, now did I? Deathclaws fit their name nicely, and you should never be careless around them, but bandits quickly become less and less of a threat once you break from the first few levels.
The Owata style means that a mod is used to increase the number of enemies x5 plus the player always has one hp, I dont think skill has too much to do with the amount of you will die playing like that.
Increased spawns is one thing, but only 1HP? I use an increased spawns (and faster respawn) mod, and I'm almost always in combat. Also, I think those helmets are of the New Vegas fiends.
The fact that the Fiends are armed with Laser RCWs and the player is clearly armed with, I THINK, a Lever Action shotgun, PLUS she/he got ambushed from behind, makes me think that they were trying to head back to a doctor to heal up after a particularly bad fight. Happens pretty often, even on higher levels. Especially solo.
