I actually agree with the flagger that the face looks a little uncanny, though I dunno if that's really enough to delete it. Not really up to me.

Unfortunately, by their very nature it's impossible to know for sure if "quality check" flags were made because the flagger actually thought the post's quality was lacking, or because they just didn't like the post on a personal level. As such, unless the post in question is completely fine, we have to give the flagger the benefit of the doubt and assume the former.
However, in the case of your posts, the flagger likely was concerned about the quality. The linework and shading are somewhat simplistic and amateurish, especially in the more extreme posts like post #7637087. Posts are generally held to a higher level of scrutiny when inflated proportions or extreme fetishes are involved, which is also likely why post #7634092's parent post was left unflagged.
