It seems Danbooru really doesn't have a tag for such effect like in post #7506985 and post #2622887. I'm thinking of making a new tag for it but what should it be named?

That's too generic I think. Also, dashed outline can imply invisible too, not just something that's not there at all.
Edit: On second thought, maybe your suggestion could work. Search will have to use either invisible or -invisible to get more specific results though.
"Dashed outline" would fit more than cutout I think. That tag, however, is already aliased to another tag though. I suppose we need a better word than outline anyway since outline usually implies that there's something inside.

"disappearance_outline"
I think they describe it less generically but probably aren't obvious tag names so dunno if they'd be used.
"missing_object" / "missing_object_outline"
Might sound like it wouldn't apply to missing people, which it should.
+1 that the effect should have a tag of some kind, anyway.
Checked all of dotted_line outline -disappearance_outline and added where appropriate except for one I have blacklisted if someone can check: post #972548
