Hi there and welcome.
If you scroll down and press on Edit, you can then add or remove tags by typing in the Tags textbox and then pressing Submit.
That said, post #7583312 contains two girls kissing in a romantic manner with no involvement of males which is yuri by our definition. So the tag stays.
This of course does not apply to the child pictures.
