And I don't know entirely what's going on here, I think the right side is separate from the left and represents a different but possibly linked situation.
It could be a representation of how she doesn't want to get married and feels trapped or it can simply be that the left Katarina is an imposter and the real Katarina is bound up somewhere else. What with that finger at the lower right looking like someone's saying "You stay put now" to her.

I agree that it seems likely to be either-or, but either way I thoroughly enjoy that look of helplessness on her bound-self face.
