Well, title's got me stumped for now. The left side of the kanji is definitely 糸, but the right side looks like either an abbreviated version of 互 or part of the right side of 極. Closest I can find is 紅, but even with font stylizing, I can't believe the font would just insert a kink in the central stroke like that. On top of all that, ひろば I know, but I'll be darned if I can find anything for ひろばら, except a contraction for "Hiroshima Variety Show".
Well, son of a—so it WAS 紅, despite having a kink in the downstroke of the 工 part that isn't really there! And that's a 5? I suppose I should've thought of that, but still...
Just a note: in the artist's comments on Pixiv, he mentions a response he got from a friend ("Youmu"): 'Kogasa looks like she's got a vibe in there.'
