The uniform with no buttons and button hole should've made it clear that this is AI art. Yet people are too focused on the booba to notice that, apparently. Yes, the shading on her left feet's thighs is wrong, and it made it looks like her knee is facing the viewer.

Artists can be too lazy to draw buttons or button holes. Artists can also draw shading wrong.
Doubtful AI can generate that hand. And the overall lacks of details (AI really want to generates small details)
AI can get hands right, it doesn't always fuck them up. You don't find it at all suspicious that someone whose account was made in August 2023 hadn't posted any art until December, and since then has posted multiple high quality completed works on the same day every few days? They posted seven completed, high quality, completely unrelated images on the 28th, after posting three images on the 24th. They finished seven images of the same quality as the one you linked in just four days.

Some things of note besides what was stated. On the metal button on the left epaulette, the metal color blinds into her hair. Her eyeshadow is absent on her left eye. While the hair on the left side has a broken up edge, it's a completely solid smooth line on the right side. The badge on her chest curves and bends upward following the bend of the shirt. The upper line of the pocket on the right side isn't straight but bends and curves upward following the curve of the bottom of the badge. If that is a button hole on the right side of her shirt, then her shirt reverses which side has the buttons where it meets up as it's now the left side on top implying the buttons are now on the right side. The seam that runs down the middle of the shirt on the left side completely vanishes shortly after it starts. The shoulder of the shirt on the right side is apparently rolled up enough to cover up part of the shoulder patch. There is that skin-tone colored area between the skirt and above the thighhighs, but we see where the left leg is and we see from where the right leg is positioned so that there shouldn't be anything skin-toned above the left leg in that area.
Looks like it's referencing the entrance of Mayohiga at the start of Stage 2 in PCB. The snowflakes make it obvious as well, along with the circles that summon fairies. Oh, and Chen's outfit also seems to be directly based on her appearance in it.
Kawakami and Gentil I get, but what's Scarlet got to do with these two? I can't read the Japanese beyond "Powerful Tiara" so idk
All three were/are very thicc, both IRL and in uma form, and their IRL counterparts physically overpowered their rivals on multiple occasions (for lack of better terms)... Donna and DaSca even duked it out with the colts of their time.
